Tasmania UBD 770 Map 690 x 1000mm Laminated Wall Map

The Tasmania State and Suburban map by UBD is double-sided; on one side is a state map of Tasmania at 1:625,000 and on the other is a map of the Hobart area at a scale of 1:80,000.

On the reverse side, there are also inset maps of conservation areas, national parks, state forests, and world heritage areas.

The state map clearly shows the major and minor roads, regional towns and is fully indexed. Dual carriageways, national highways, national parks and nature reserves are also clearly shown.

The reverse side of the map shows all of Hobart's suburbs with arterial routes and main roads marked from Runnymede in the north down to Barnes Bay in the south. It also shows general suburban built-up areas, national parks and industrial areas. Each suburb name is marked complete with postcodes and listed in a corresponding index.

The high-quality laminate in which the map is encapsulated allows you to draw on it with a whiteboard marker or apply map dots to locations of interest without permanently marking it. The lamination makes the map very durable and protects against tears and stains. 

The easiest way to hang your map is by having wooden hang rollers attached top and bottom with a hanging cord on the top roller, so all you have to do is put a hook on the wall. The hang rails come lacquered in a natural timber colour.  

There are two laminated options, one is a flat laminated map from UBD for $99.00  or we can laminate a previously folded map which means there will be some slight crease lines but at the cost of $49.95
