Flat Rate Shipping & eParcel

Flat Rate Shipping:

For orders under $75 within Australia, we have a flat rate of $7; hopefully, this will make it easier for you to work out the total cost of an order before reaching the checkout. To keep the shipping cost down, we cannot track individual envelopes. However, they typically arrive within 2 - 7 working days by Australia Post. 

Tracking your order:

For parcels, we have chosen Australia Post's eParcel service as our preferred freight carrier to ensure that your parcel can be tracked while in transit.

The eParcel system will send you a series of e-mails during the progression of your parcels journey, so you know where it is and when to expect its arrival. 

We can also conduct a detailed search using Australia Post's tracking systems to track an order at any time.

Securing your order:

The eParcel system also provides security, as you or an authorised person is required to receive the parcel physically and to sign for it.

If you cannot be present to sign for your parcel, we can forego the signature requirement and direct the driver to leave it in a location of your choosing. 

If this is something you require, please specify in the "Order Notes," which you will find in your shopping cart prior to checkout.
