Shipping

Parcels:

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, using a delivery provider who is both trackable and secure. That is why we use Australia Post's eParcel system for our parcels, as it allows both you and us to track the order's progress whilst in transit. It is also a secure delivery method requiring a signature upon delivery.

If, for any reason, you do not wish to sign for your parcel or would like the parcel left in a particular location on your property, you are welcome to make these requirements known to us in the special instructions section before checkout.

Envelopes: 

To keep the shipping costs down, we cannot track individual envelopes. However, they typically arrive within 2 - 7 working days by Australia Post.

Flat Rate Shipping:

For orders under $75 within Australia, we have a flat rate of $7; we hope this will hopefully make it easier for you to work out the total cost of an order before reaching the checkout.  

Free Shipping:

Every order over $75 is shipped to you at no charge Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free shipping to our international customers.

We offer Australia Post Express Shipping as an option at checkout, and if you select this option, we ensure that we will use this service or, if the item is oversized, Startrack's Overnight service.

Please be aware, however, that Express Shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery as Australia Posts' delivery times are highly dependent upon your address. It is our experience that the closer you live to a capital city the faster will be the delivery time for Express Shipping, however, if you are more rural then we find that it will tend to increase the shipping time by a couple of days.

Delivery Times:

Orders placed before noon Mon-Fri AEST are shipped the same day, provided the stock is available. If you order multiple items and we are out of stock of any of your items, we will contact you to offer an alternative, or if you are prepared to wait, we will ship all of the items we have in stock and then send the remainder as soon as they become available at no extra charge.

All orders (excluding maps over 1.05 meters) are shipped via Australia Post. Most Australia Post shipments will arrive within five business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after being picked up; however, some regional areas may take extra time.

If Signature Not Required:

If no one is at the address or you cannot receive the order, a calling card will be left for you to collect the order from your local Post Office.
