Gastronomic Wall Map of France 1951

A brilliant map of France by André Bourguignon from 1952 highlights by region the classic regional dishes of each region. It has it all fish, meat, cheeses, pâté, and desserts.

Bourguignon was "Ex-Chef de Cuisine, Directeur de l'Écu de France, Paris."

Map originally published in 1929 and reissued several times until 1962.
